Position Details

• Job Title: Head of Employee Banking & Cash Management

• Grade: EVP-I/EVP

• Location: Lahore

• Experience Required: 15+ years in banking

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and execute strategies for Cash Management and Employee Banking business growth
✔ Establish digitalized fulfillment processes for seamless operations
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
✔ Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to capture new business
✔ Coordinate cross-selling of bank products and services
✔ Implement process improvements for enhanced customer satisfaction
✔ Achieve balance sheet and P&L targets for the division

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from HEC-recognized/foreign university

• Age Limit: Up to 55 years (as of August 03, 2025)

• Experience:

  • 15+ years in banking sector

  • 5+ years in similar role preferred
